SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern text messages sent by INTELLEGENT AI LLC, doing business as Intelligent Travel Group (“Intelligent Travel Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Canonical SMS Program Disclosures

SMS Program Description: By opting in, you agree to receive conversational, informational, and promotional SMS messages from Intelligent Travel Group, operated by INTELLEGENT AI LLC. Message types include travel alerts, requested information, lead follow-up, appointment confirmations and reminders, customer-support notifications, onboarding messages, promotions, and special offers.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to opt out. After you send STOP, we may send one final SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Text HELP for assistance.

Message and Data Rates: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Program Description and Message Types

The Intelligent Travel Group SMS program sends travel-information alerts, lead follow-up messages, appointment confirmations and reminders, service notifications, customer-support responses, client-onboarding messages, and—only when separate marketing consent is provided—promotions, special offers, and travel updates.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to or use this SMS program.

Consent

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Transactional and marketing consent selections are presented separately. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to messages at that number.

Message frequency varies based on your requests and interactions. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.

Opt Out and Help

Text STOP or reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you send STOP, we may send one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, email info@intellegent-ai.com, or call (888) 906-8693. You may opt in again only through a new affirmative consent.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless provider and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Our handling of mobile information and consent records is described in our SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

We may revise these terms when necessary. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
