Consent to Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Intelligent Travel Group. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of intelligenttravelgroup.com and your purchase of any travel packages, memberships, hotel stays, concierge services, or related products.

By accessing our website or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms. No alterations may be made by any employee, authorized representative, or agent unless in writing by an authorized officer of the Company.

1. Service Description

Intelligent Vacation provides discounted travel packages, hotel stays, resort weeks, concierge services, and membership-based travel opportunities. All packages include digital delivery via email and portal access.

The website is provided solely to assist customers in gathering travel information, determining availability of travel-related goods and services, making legitimate reservations, and transacting business with our suppliers.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to process your payment immediately.

Some banks and credit card companies impose fees for international transactions. Currency exchange rates and foreign transaction fees are determined solely by your bank. Please contact your bank with any questions about these charges.

3. Booking & Fulfillment

All travel packages are fulfilled via email confirmation and/or concierge assistance within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Airfare is only guaranteed once the purchase has been completed and tickets have been issued. Airlines and other travel suppliers may change their prices without notice.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

If transportation or other services are canceled by us, all sums paid for services not performed will be refunded within 30 days of receiving funds from the supplier, or within 14 days if funds were not sent to the supplier — unless you request us to apply the money to another travel product or date.

This transaction is not covered by the Florida Travel Consumer Restitution Fund, and Intelligent Vacation is not a participant in said Fund.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. You agree to:

• Be financially responsible for all travel bookings made under your account
• Only use the website to make legitimate reservations for yourself or someone you are legally authorized to act for
• Ensure all information supplied is true, accurate, current, and complete
• Not abuse travel promotions, resell packages without authorization, or violate vendor rules
• Supervise all usage of the website by minors under your name or account

6. Alterations to Confirmed Bookings

If you decide to change any portion of your confirmed arrangements prior to departure, we will attempt to assist you at an administrative charge of $150.00 per change. As tour prices are based on contract rates, there will not be any refund for any unused portion of a tour.

7. Limitation of Liability

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AIRLINE DELAYS, WEATHER CONDITIONS, RESORT AVAILABILITY, OR THIRD-PARTY VENDOR ACTIONS. THE CARRIERS, HOTELS, AND OTHER SUPPLIERS PROVIDING TRAVEL SERVICES ARE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS AND NOT AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES OF INTELLIGENT VACATION.

If we are found liable for any loss or damage, our liability will not exceed, in the aggregate, the greater of (a) the service fees you paid in connection with the transaction, or (b) One Hundred Dollars (US$100.00).

8. Travel Risks & Safety

Travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. We urge customers to remain informed on current news events and to review travel prohibitions, warnings, and advisories issued by the United States Government prior to booking international travel. Relevant resources include:

BY OFFERING RESERVATIONS FOR TRAVEL TO PARTICULAR DESTINATIONS, INTELLIGENT VACATION DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT TRAVEL TO SUCH AREAS IS ADVISABLE OR WITHOUT RISK.

9. International Travel

You are responsible for ensuring that you meet all foreign entry requirements and that your travel documents — including passports, visas, and health-related permits — are valid and in order. We accept no liability if you are refused entry onto a flight or into any country due to failure to carry the correct documents.

We strongly recommend that you check passport expiry requirements, as certain countries will not admit passengers whose passport expires within six (6) months of the entry date. Children and infants also require all applicable travel documents.

10. Health & Vaccination Requirements

It is your responsibility to obtain proper immunizations and required documentation before travel. We do not assume responsibility for the accuracy of health requirements or vaccination documentation. Consult your health practitioner and check the following resources before departure:

11. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect against financial loss. We are not responsible for cancellations, emergency evacuations, accidents, illness, lost luggage, flight mishaps, or weather conditions. Recommended coverage types include:

• Trip Cancellation & Interruption
• Emergency Medical Expenses
• Emergency Evacuation / Repatriation of Remains
• Trip Delay
• Baggage & Personal Effects

12. Force Majeure

Intelligent Vacation shall not be liable for delays or non-performance of obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, explosion, flood, fire, war, terrorism, riots, strikes, government intervention, weather conditions, or other untoward occurrences.

If affected by Force Majeure, we reserve the right to vary or cancel any itinerary or arrangement. Any refund shall remain at our sole discretion, though we will use reasonable efforts to reimburse you where possible.

13. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any commercial purpose or resell services without authorization
• Make speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy website content
• Deep-link or frame any portion of the website without written permission
• Take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure

If your account shows signs of fraud or suspicious activity, we may cancel associated reservations and close your account. We reserve the right to take necessary legal action for fraudulent activity.

14. Prepaid Hotel Reservations

Intelligent Vacation pre-negotiates room rates with hotel suppliers. The rate displayed is a combination of the pre-negotiated room rate and a facilitation fee retained by us for services rendered. Tax recovery charges are a recovery of estimated taxes paid to hotel suppliers.

You may not make reservations for more than 4 rooms online for the same hotel and stay dates. For groups of 5 or more rooms, please contact us directly at 866-623-8816.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Intelligent Vacation, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, fines, or costs — including reasonable legal and accounting fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your use of the website.

16. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Intelligent Vacation is a registered seller of travel in Florida, ST42849, and maintains a trust account for all client payments and deposits as required by Florida law.

If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
